Youth Programs

Boys and Girls Overnight Camp (7-15 years old)
Our camps provide a safe, fun, Christian summer camp experience. Activities include: swimming, boating, arts & crafts, singing, adventure team building games, ropes course, rock wall, archery, hiking, volleyball, soccer, basketball, and other exciting activities. Each evening campers gather for Vespers, a time of worship and reflection. Arrival: Sunday 2-3pm; Departure: Saturday 10am
Sentinel Smash! (7-15 year old)
This weekend experience gives campers a taste of camp. New and past campers welcome! During this weekend campers will have the opportunity to take part in team building activities, games and get a sampling of other traditional camp activities. Youth Groups welcome!
Boys and Girls Daycamp (6-12 years old)(Monday-Friday)
Experience all that the camp has to offer without staying overnight. Enjoy swimming, arts & crafts, discover a new skill, play great new games, make some new friends! Lunch provided. For those parents who would like to be on site, check availability in our Pines Family Camp area. Arrival: 8:30-9am; Departure each day 5-5:30pm
Boys and Girls Special Needs Camp (7-13 years old)
This overnight camp is for children with sensory, motor, language and social delays. Youth come to camp and experience traditional camp activities with well-trained staff and volunteers. Arrival: Sunday 2-3pm; Departure: Saturday 10am
Little Adventurers (5-7 years old)
This is the perfect way to introduce campers to the summer camp experience. With three days and two nights to experience camp activities, it's just right for young campers. For parents who would like to be on site, check availability in our Pines Family Camp Area. (Parent/camper interactions through conversation with Camp Director) Arrival: 2-3pm; Departure: 10am
NEW FOR 2010! - Two Week Camp! (9-15 years old)
This is the perfect option for campers who want to experience two consecutive weeks of Sentinel.
Drop off: Sunday June 27th at 2pm;
Pick up: Saturday July 10th at 10am

Teen Programs

Waddah Week! (12-15 years old)
Take all the things youth love and put them together in one week and you have a Waddah Week! A full day's trip to a water park for lots of slipping and sliding and tubing and soaking in the rays! Another day of riding all the fun rides, taking in the shows, seeing how many times you can ride the roller coaster at a great amusement park! And of course, lots of great days at camp! How much better can you get! Arrival: Sunday 2-3pm, Departure: Saturday 10am
Teen adventure camp (12-16 years old)
An exciting week designed with lots of what you love about camp as well as a two day trip to Maine to enjoy white water rafting! An experience you will never forget! Great team building games and lots of outdoor activities will help create friendships that will last for years to come. Arrival: Sunday 2-3pm, Departure: Saturday 10am
Urban Adventure (12-15 years old)
Get ready to rock your socks and your soul. During this week you'll spend a day at an amusement park as well as enjoy three nights at the "Inside out Christian Music Festival" Arrival: Sunday 2-3 pm; Departure: Sunday 10am
Out Post Wilderness Adventure (11-15 years old)
This is the choice for those who love and want to experience the rugged outdoors! Campers cook meals over an open fire, take daily hikes, sleep in lean-tos and develop outdoor skills.
Leader in Training (14-16 years old)(for two weeks)
Youth are offered two weeks to develop Christian leadership skills through discussion and hands on learning. LIT's will have the opportunity to practice these skills with campers while being mentored by trained counselors. Learn first aid & CPR education during your time at camp. Space is limited to 10 campers per session. Arrival: Sunday 2-3pm; Departure: 10am
Staff in Training (15-16 years old)
Campers who have participated in the LIT program may continue on the path of becoming eligible for camp staff positions through more extensive leadership training. SIT's will work in order to continue to develop staff skills while growing in their personal faith. SIT's must go through LIT training program BEFORE attending these weeks. Arrival: Sunday 2-3 pm; Departure: Saturday 10am.

Adult & Family Programs

Senior ventures (50 years and over)
Adult camp for the "young at heart"! A relaxed schedule in the beauty of the Ossipee Mountains makes for a great three days of rest and renewal. Campers live in the lodge or in cabins. Great programs, food, and fellowship! Sunday August 15th - Wednesday August 18th Arrival: 2-3 pm; Departure: 1pm
Homecoming Camp
Remember what Camp Sentinel was like when you were a camper? Swimming in Dan Hole Pond, vespers on the Ledges, crafts in the Hobby House. Meet with friends and reminisce about past camp experiences! This camp is open for alumni (1949-2010) and their families. Special activities for kids and families. Arrival: 2-3 pm; Departure: 10am
Home school Family Camp
Parents are invited to come and enjoy home school camp with your son(s) or daughter(s) while enjoying traditional camp activities such as canoeing, archery, team games, hiking, crafts, camp fires and s'more ! Families stay in private cabins or campers may choose to stay in gender separate cabins with camp staff. Arrival: 2-3pm Departure: 10am
