Retreat Policies
Confirmation of Expected Attendance: The Monday prior to the retreat your group leader is responsible for calling the main office at 603-539-4839 to confirm the actual number of participants.
Last minute additions also need to be paid for upon arrival
Deposit & Cancellation Requirements: A non refundable deposit and a completed application are required to confirm your reservation. There is a minimum charge of $500/night charge for use of the lodge.
Rules Are Few But Important
- No alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs are allowed on the grounds.
- Smoking is not allowed in any building or on the grounds.
- Buildings must be left clean. Group will be responsible for any damage caused to the facility by any member of the group, including the needless discharging of fire extinguishers.
- Youth Groups must have an adult to youth ratio of 1 to 10. An adult must sleep in each area that is used by youth.
- Final payment is expected upon arrival.
- No pets are allowed.
- Linen and towels are not provided. Please bring sleeping bag or sheets/blankets and pillows.
- The property and buildings must be left clean and all furniture returned to original place upon departure.
