Pastor Matt Beem
Camp Pastor July 2nd
Matt Beem was born and raised right here in the Lakes Region. Like many in this area, he did not grow up attending church. Matt came to faith in Jesus Christ at the age of 25 while living in Phoenix, AZ. He initially served as a contemporary worship leader in several Phoenix churches. Sensing a call to pastoral ministry, Matt earned his MDiv. from Fuller Theological Seminary. In 2014, he returned to his native New Hampshire in order to serve God in the place he calls home. Matt currently serves as the lead pastor of The Baptist Church of Franklin, NH.

Pastor Brandon Dupuis
Camp Pastor July 24th
Brandon was raised in northern NH and only left the area to serve in United States Marine Corps. When his term ended, after returning home from Iraq wounded, he moved back to NH. During this season he chose to dedicate his life to the Lord and marry his longtime childhood friend, Jamie. They now raise their 4 children in the same home he grew up in. Brandon felt the call to ministry 9 years ago, which began with Prison Ministry and being a leader of a prayer team out of Oklahoma. Shortly after that, he went on to enroll in Bible College and then served as a Children’s pastor for 4 years. He then felt the call to move on to become the Associate Pastor at First Baptist Church in Berlin NH and Jefferson Christian Church in Jefferson NH. This is Brandon’s 5th year as camp Pastor at Sentinel. Camp Sentinel is a very important part of his family and their ministry as a whole! His wife also serves as one of the Board Members for camp and his children enjoy being campers each year!

Tucker Van Brunt
Storyteller
Tucker Van Brunt has lived at camp since 2005, he has breathed the air at camp more than any other staff member. On staff since 2014, he serves as the Story Teller. In this position, he hopes to help enhance and continue to progress Sentinel's marketing, create a welcoming environment for campers and their families, and help to serve behind the scenes with administrative support. Tucker is currently in his senior year at Gordon College where he studies Communication Arts with an interest in Marketing and Public Relations.

Owen Van Brunt
Swing Staff
Owen has grown-up loving the stillness of camp and all it has to offer. He loves that camp paves the way for lifelong friendships and is a great way to grow closer with God. He has been on camp staff since 2023 and is looking forward serving you by being on swing staff this summer.

Tegan Perkins
Program Staff
Tegan Perkins is native to Tuftonboro and has been going to camp since he was 6 year old aka 2010. He loves camp and wants to keep learning about god and what he can do. Tegan is a out high school, and previously went to Kingswood Regional High School and is going to SNHU for college. Tegan enjoys playing chess, video games, and oddly enough biking. Tegan is looking forward to this summer and is excited to help and make the world of God a better place.

Briana Thompson
Swing Staff
Bri has been attending camp since 2015, but it is her first summer on staff. She lives in Warner, NH and goes to Kearsarge Regional High School. She loves skiing, hanging out with friends, and cuddling her dog. She enjoys being involved in school clubs. She is very excited to grow in her faith and show her love for God to others this summer.

Alicia Barbon
Swing Staff
Alicia Barbon is from Groton Massachusetts. She has been coming to camp since 2015. She has a passion for music and art. She likes to play her guitar, and to spend time outside. She loves her cats and her bird. She is looking forward to meeting the campers and being able to get closer to God this summer.

Kylie Woody
Program Staff
Kylie has been serving at camp since 2021, she loves to read, draw, and listen to music. She is so excited for another amazing summer with some new and familiar faces!

Alyssa Nichols
Program Staff
Alyssa is so excited about her first year serving at camp! She loves to read, listen to music and play with her dog. She has been attending camp since 2010, she loves working with children and making faith a positive and enjoyable experience for everyone!

Mackenzie Chapman
Kitchen Staff
Mackenzie is new to Camp Sentinel and will be working as a member of the kitchen staff this summer. She is a student at Jesse Remington High School and will be going into her junior year as of Fall 2023. Prior to attending JRHS she was homeschooled. Mackenzie is very passionate about art and brings a sketchbook almost everywhere so she can draw. Mackenzie is excited to get to grow with the staff and campers this summer while working at Camp Sentinel!

Pastor Mark Jackson
Camp Pastor July 9th
Mark is currently the pastor of the First Baptist Church of Lexington, MA where he has been serving since 2008. Mark has always had a heart for teenagers and has been a retreat leader, youth speaker and writer of youth Sunday School Material. He was camp pastor and Bible teacher at other children’s summer camp programs in Missouri and North Carolina prior to his service at Camp Sentinel. Mark is married to his wife, Laura of 21 years and they have one daughter, Alyssa, 16 who has grown up spending time each summer of her life at Camp Sentinel. Alyssa is now a summer camp counselor at Camp Sentinel. This is Mark’s 20th year as a summer camp pastor at Sentinel. Camp Sentinel is such a special place to Mark and his family. They have many meaningful memories from their years here. Mark and his family love living in New England and enjoy outdoor activities, traveling, antiquing and exploring God’s wonderful creation.

Jacob Manning
Program
Jacob Manning is from Bow, NH and is a junior at Bow High School. He has been coming to Camp Sentinel with his family since he was born in 2005, as a day camp & overnight camper since 2011, and this will be his second year on staff. In his free time, Jacob enjoys snowboarding, riding his dirt bike, and fishing. He loves being at camp and feeling the presence of God and is looking forward to sharing the love of Jesus with the campers!

Elissa Boucher
Wellness Coordinator
Elissa Boucher is from Antrim, New Hampshire. She has been serving as Sentinel's Camp Nurse/Wellness Coordinator since 2014 and in other roles since 1999. Elissa has her bachelor’s degree of science in nursing and is currently licensed in the State of New Hampshire as a registered nurse. She is really excited to meet all the children and coordinate any medical care that is needed while at camp. Outside of camp Elissa likes to read non-fiction and fictional historical books. She also likes archery and goes target practicing in her free time. She is a big New England sports fan and tries to watch or listen to as many of the Red Sox games as possible. Elissa is always excited to see all that God does at Sentinel, and she looks forward to seeing and experience his blessings this summer.

Daniel Pack

Hello, my name is Daniel Pack. The most notable thing to happen within my lifetime was my diagnosis with Type 1 Diabetes, which has really effected my outlook on life in a positive way. I hope to continue to grow and develop as a Christian in the next few years. My plan for this year is to help keep Camp Sentinel as clean as possible so that campers can enjoy their time at camp unhindered. I'm happy to be working with the Camp Sentinel team!

Paige Colburn
Program Staff
Paige Colburn has been working at camp since 2021 and is excited for her second summer. She started going to camp in 2010, but her first summer was in 2005. She will be a senior at Tilton school, and plays lacrosse while also being a part of the theater program. She loves to read and spend time with her friends. Paige's favorite part of camp is playing gaga ball and making new friends. She is really excited to meet the campers this summer!

Aidan Thompson
Program Staff
Aidan Thompson is from Tuftonboro NH and is excited to be on swing staff for his second year. He has been coming to Camp Sentinel since 2012. Aidan is a currently a sophomore at Kingswood Regional High School. When not at school or camp. Aidan is on the Varsity Nordic Team at Kingswood and he enjoys kayaking and four wheeling and spending time with his cat Zoey.

Leanne Daigneau Program staff
Leanne is very excited to be on staff again this year! She has been attending camp and the Christian Community Youth Group at Sentinel since 2020. Leanne likes to figure skate, play volleyball, read, and sing. She is very excited to help the campers come closer to God this summer!

Anna Luksha
Program Staff
Anna Luksha has been a camper at Sentinel since 2017, and is joining staff at sixteen years old, an upcoming high school senior. Her passions lie in music and writing. She has been involved in both her church and youth group worship teams since 2018, loves to sing, play guitar, piano, and write music. She’s been a devoted author for as long, and will eventually go to college for a creative writing major. Anna is looking forward to a good summer, and excited to build new relationships!"
